Womens afternoon retreat at The Manor Health and Wellness Centre
Focusing on all aspects of womens health through midlife and beyond, including:
- Peri Menopause signs and symptoms, dispelling myths, HRT and signposting with Barb Dafforn RGN INP Menopause Nurse Specialist
- The impact of our lifestyle choices on our hormonal health. Learn what foods and lifestyle hacks you need at this phase of life for you to feel energised, focused, calm and to maintain a healthy weight with Sarah Pinckney Womens Health and Life Coach
- Learn all about the importance of strength training and how you can incorporate simple exercises into your daily routine to keep your bones strong as you age. Includes a 30 minute gentle yoga and strength workout for all levels with Maria Fernandez PT, Injury Rehab and Yoga Specialist
- Lots of info and gentle exercises to take care of your pelvic floor to prevent bladder and bowel issues as you age with Sarah Daltrey Pilates and Pelvic Floor specialist
Enjoy a plant based buffet, refreshments and time to mingle, we will finish with a guided relaxation session so you leave feeling completely rested and recharged
Please wear comfy clothing suitable for the movement sessions
